We’re currently looking for a Talent and Office Care manager to join our Talent Team! As a People and Office Care manager, you’ll play a key role in maintaining and improving the daily experience of our teams across Promova’s offices and coworking spaces in Kyiv, Lviv, Warsaw, and Lisbon.

YOUR AREA OF IMPACT:

  • Maintain and improve office operations and workflows across Promova locations.
  • Own the full procurement process: from identifying needs and selecting contractors to negotiating the best conditions.
  • Track and manage office budgets and payments.
  • Ensure high-quality services from suppliers through regular feedback collection.
  • Oversee food orders (breakfasts, lunches, snacks) and overall office tidiness.
  • Manage and deliver corporate gifts and care packages for employees and partners.
  • Collaborate with the Talent Engagement team on team events, gifts, and merch.
  • Support the CEO with personal and business requests (travel bookings, purchases, etc.).

ABOUT YOU:

  • 2-3 years of experience in an office management role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills - you know how to keep many moving parts aligned.
  • Proactive and detail-oriented - you don’t just complete tasks, you optimize them.
  • Friendly communicator and team player who enjoys cross-functional collaboration.
  • You have an English level of Intermediate or above, which allows you to comfortably communicate in an international team.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
