Job Description:

The person will be supporting the growth and development of our product portfolio in the Orthodontic and dental market, mainly on the Swedish South / West coast. Strong brand, unique and high quality product solutions to sell.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Represent Ormco (Sweorto) in Sweden and be the first point of contact for our customers in your designated region

  • Develop, establish and maintain positive business and customer relationships to ensure future sales

  • Visit customers on a regular basis to promote products, relate new product information and receive feedback on the company’s products and services

  • Responsible for creating long lasting relationships and realization of revenue growth with orthodontic specialists

  • Meet monthly, quarterly, an annual sales quota

  • Organize customer events together with the Scandinavian team and represent Ormco (Sweorto) at industry events and trade shows in the orthodontic and dental market

  • Relate new product ideas and product extensions to marketing management for evaluation

Job Requirements:

  • 3-5 years sales and general business experience

  • Has a strategic view on business development 

  • Demonstrated ability to relate well with people and work in a remote team environment

  • Experience to operate in an international environment

  • Fluent English language skills and native Swedish language communication skills. Additional language is an asset

  • Previous experience within the medical devices, life sciences or pharmaceutical industry (preferred)

  • Excellent computer skills (in Excel and CRM)

  • Valid drivers' license B
