We’re looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to take the lead on multi-channel campaigns, content execution, and marketing automation. You’ll help us engage leads, support sales teams across South America, and keep the brand active across email, SMS, and social channels.
This role is ideal for a hands-on marketer who thrives in fast-moving environments, understands CRMs like HubSpot, and enjoys finding creative ways to automate busywork and drive results.
Plan, build, and optimize email and SMS campaigns in HubSpot or High Level
Manage social channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, X) and maintain a 30-day content calendar
Design graphics and edit short-form video content using Canva, CapCut, or Figma
Automate workflows in Zapier to connect tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, and others
Analyze campaign results using Excel or Google Sheets and present actionable insights
Collaborate with South American sales teams and document repeatable processes
1–3 years of experience with a modern CRM (HubSpot preferred)
Proven success managing multi-channel marketing (email, SMS, social)
Strong familiarity with Zapier (or Make) automation
Portfolio with at least two examples of design or video work
Solid skills in Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis
Fluent English (Spanish or Portuguese is a plus)
Agency experience managing multiple brands
Familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, etc.)
Background in recruiting or sourcing
Basic HTML/CSS for tweaking email templates
Launch an automated email+SMS nurture sequence with ≥20% open rate and ≤1% unsubscribe
Publish a full month of social content on schedule
Reduce campaign build time by 25% through automation
Deliver a simple dashboard that clearly shows lead flow and engagement
