Job Title: Residential Leasing Specialist
Location:
Remote (CST Time Zone)
Salary Range:
up to 2000 USD/month + 5 USD per lease commission and monthly bonus for occupancy targets

Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM (CST), with some weekend availability

Position Overview:

We're hiring a Residential Leasing Specialist to manage the leasing lifecycle for a designated portfolio of properties. You'll engage with leads, manage rental applications, and conduct persuasive sales calls to close new leases. Success in this role depends on your ability to communicate clearly, follow up quickly, and drive conversion -- all in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to inbound guest cards and inquiries with urgency and professionalism.
  • Conduct consistent follow-ups via email, phone, or chat to drive engagement.
  • Review incoming applications for accuracy and completeness; coordinate with applicants to fill in missing details.
  • Schedule and conduct high-conversion sales calls with qualified leads.
  • Maintain clear records and pipeline updates using internal systems.
  • Support metrics include occupancy rate, application compliance, call quality, and additional income generation.


Qualifications:

  • 1+ year of experience in leasing, inside sales, customer service, or property management.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills with a clear, neutral accent.
  • Comfortable on phone and video calls, confident in closing conversations.
  • Highly organized, tech-savvy, and driven by results.


Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience in a remote or virtual sales role with U.S.-based clients.
  • High energy and self-motivated personality.
  • Familiarity with CRM or property management software (training available).
