Were currently looking for a Technical Project Manager or Tech Lead to guide a strategic Proof of Concept (PoC) project that explores the use of AI-assisted development tools. This role blends project leadership with hands-on technical involvement and team coordination ideal for someone who enjoys moving fast, facilitating impact, and shaping architectural decisions from day one.

Project Overview

The PoC aims to validate how AI tools like Cursor, Lovable, and Jules can boost delivery speed and quality in real business scenarios. The ideal candidate will help define the technical direction, lead agile iterations, and ensure early value delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end software development PoCs, from scoping and planning to execution and delivery.

• Define and guide initial architecture and technical decisions.

• Facilitate short development cycles with rapid iteration and validation.

• Coordinate cross-functional technical teams and ensure alignment with project goals.

• Identify risks and propose mitigation strategies proactively.

• Maintain excellent communication with stakeholders and team members.

• Stay hands-on and technically involved as needed to support velocity and quality.

• Leverage or experiment with AI-assisted development tools to enhance productivity.

Requirements

• Solid experience as a Project Manager, Tech Lead, or similar role in software development environments.

• Proven ability to guide and deliver PoC projects and define technical architecture.

• Familiarity with agile methodologies and iterative development practices.

• Experience coordinating technical teams and aligning efforts toward delivery.

• Strong autonomy and self-management skills the goal is to deliver value from the first month.

• Comfortable or eager to adopt AI development tools like Cursor, Lovable, Jules.

• Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication abilities.

• Proficiency with project management tools and modern development environments.
