As a Recruitment Manager, your focus will be to develop and manage a strategic recruitment process focused on entry-level to executive-level recruitment for the organization. This is a high-impact role that requires an individual who possesses excellent communication skills, relationship-building skills, proven leadership skills, and presentation abilities. These skills will be used to develop and maintain stakeholder relationships and deliver tailored recruiting solutions across multiple business areas.
