Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Video/Multimedia Production Specialist with 5+ years of experience planning and executing multimedia production projects supporting a wide range of marketing campaigns; social media content; live & online events; and client education. The ideal candidate is hands-on with video production and editing, is proficient with DaVinci Resolve & Fusion, and has a strong track record of managing multimedia content creation for both digital and live environments.

Key Responsibilities

Video Production & Editing
  • Plan, produce, shoot, and edit high-quality video content (educational, promotional, testimonial, and event-based).
  • Own the full video production process—from concept development and scripting to final delivery and publication.
  • Edit videos using DaVinci Resolve, including motion graphics and compositing with Fusion for enhanced visual storytelling.
  • Maintain brand consistency and high production standards across all projects.
     
Event Multimedia Management
  • Lead or assist in multimedia capture and production for live and in-person events, including camera setup, livestream coordination, lighting, and audio recording.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% for live, in-person events throughout the country
  • Oversee on-site AV and technical operations, ensuring flawless integration of video, presentations, and audio elements.
  • Work closely with event planners, presenters, and technical crews to meet production timelines and specifications.
     
Content & Asset Management
  • Organize and manage a growing library of multimedia assets, footage, graphics, and project files.
  • Optimize and archive video content for different platforms including YouTube, Vimeo, social media, webinars, and internal repositories.
  • Manage post-production timelines and delivery schedules across multiple projects simultaneously.
     
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with marketing team members, leadership, and other stakeholders to manage and produce high-impact content that supports business goals.
  • Provide creative input on visual direction, storyboards, and messaging strategies.
  • Help design workflows and best practices for scalable media production processes.
     

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in video production, editing, and multimedia project management.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% including weekends for live, in-person events throughout the country
  • Expert-level proficiency in DaVinci Resolve (editing, production) and Fusion (visual effects, compositing).
  • Strong understanding of production equipment (cameras, audio gear, lighting setups) and post-production workflows.
  • Experience managing multimedia for live and online events, including streaming tools and on-site AV coordination.
  • Solid skills in audio mixing, motion graphics, and basic animation.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines and work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong visual storytelling instincts with a keen eye for detail, composition, and pacing.

 

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with additional tools such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, or Final Cut Pro.
  • Familiarity with content strategy, social media formatting, and YouTube optimization best practices.
  • Knowledge of corporate or professional services environments (e.g., legal, finance, education) is a plus.
