Job description

GrowthAssistant is looking for an experienced Sourcing Specialist to join our team. We are looking for a Sourcing Specialist to undertake sourcing tasks, including posting and updating job ads, engaging with passive and active applicants, exploring new job boards, maintaining records, optimizing ad performance, and conducting ad hoc recruitment tasks.
 

This is a remote position. 

Must have experience or be willing to work on a graveyard shift

Salary is 40,000-45,000 PHP per month, depending on experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Posting and updating ads on job boards and other platforms. Including, reposting daily and weekly, as needed
  • Invite passive and active applicants to apply for open roles on our career page and respond to applicants’ queries
  • Seek out new job boards and communicate needs for GA use - posting, inmails, data mining
  • Keep track of credentials, postings, leads, and hits, as needed
  • Come up with templates and test job titles, descriptions, and invitations that would yield more applications
  • Suggest and adjust ad budgets based on needs
  • Report on hits per job ad, as needed, and job board performance monthly (i.e. budget vs applications)
  • Ad hoc recruitment tasks - screening, emailing candidates and organizing recruitment files

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of relevant sourcing experience
  • Sourcing for managers, managerial, and executive-level roles is a plus
  • Experience working with US-based or offshore clients
  • Experience in sourcing candidates from LATAM, EMEA and APAC is a plus
  • Experience working on a graveyard shift
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Experience of taking little direction and figuring things out on their own
