We are looking for a results-driven Media Buyer to join our Client Success / Paid Media team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for planning, launching and optimising Meta advertising campaigns, supporting our clients’ lead generation and sales goals. Working closely with account managers, creatives, and CRM systems, you’ll help drive measurable performance across a diverse range of campaigns.
This role is ideal for someone with hands-on Meta Ads experience in an agency setting who enjoys working independently in a remote team and is eager to take ownership of performance, creativity, and strategic execution.
Build, manage, and optimise Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns for multiple clients
Create platform-specific strategies aligned with client KPIs and internal best practices
Monitor and analyse campaign performance, implementing iterative tests to improve CTR, CPL, and ROAS
Maintain and update client CRM (GoHighLevel), including workflows, automations, and dashboards
Produce and update ad creatives, including short-form video edits, image sourcing/editing, and copywriting
Collaborate with account managers and designers to ensure brand alignment and timely campaign delivery
Record and share campaign learnings, contributing to the internal playbook of optimisation tactics
