Job description

Calendar Management
• Coordinate and schedule cleaning service appointments efficiently
• Manage updates, rescheduling, and cancellations with professionalism
• Send timely reminders to both clients and field teams

Customer Relationship Management
• Act as the first point of contact for all client queries and concerns
• Maintain accurate client profiles and service records in the CRM
• Deliver prompt and courteous communication with new and existing clients

Data Entry & Payment Processing
• Input job and customer details accurately into internal systems
• Process payments, issue invoices, and provide receipts as required
• Monitor outstanding balances and follow up on overdue accounts

Admin Support & Policy Adherence
• Keep internal records, checklists, and job cards well-organised and up to date
• Ensure compliance with service procedures and company SOPs
• Assist the operations or management team with ad hoc administrative tasks, including light project coordination
