As a Success Partner, your mission is to ensure exceptional experiences for institutional clients while driving meaningful adoption and growth across campuses. You will:
Manage client relationships and serve as a trusted advisor to maximize platform engagement and success.
Ensure client renewal and expansion across departments and institutions.
Deliver engaging product presentations to faculty, learning designers, and administrative stakeholders.
Oversee account documentation and support seamless onboarding and implementation.
Strategically identify opportunities for referrals and enterprise expansion.
Collaborate cross-functionally to improve internal processes and client success metrics.
Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of relevant experience (project management, sales, education, or EdTech preferred).
Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding goals.
Excellent communication skills—written, verbal, and virtual.
Confident presenting digital tools to diverse audiences.
Familiarity with the higher education landscape and the ability to engage academic leadership effectively.
Self-starter mindset with a consultative approach and high level of professionalism.
Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce is a plus.
$1,200 + commissions
