What You'll Do:

• Process and complete loan files; examine based on client requirement to ensure accuracy and compliance with corporate policy, program guidelines, credit stipulations, and state/federal laws.

• Performs credit investigations with external entities, including consumers, dealers and others to validate employment, income, insurance, collateral, and other approval terms as required by the clients. Accurately documents pertinent information.

• Analyze accuracy of documents associated with employment, address and identity verifications, title work and calculations on all income spectrums.

• Communicates with dealers regarding missing documents or information to promptly process contract packages or as required by the program. Builds dealer relationships that support company goals and educate dealers on the company’s funding requirements to ensure optimal funding turn-time.

• Ensures quality, reliable and prompt communication with internal and external customers via all sources of communication as required by the program (i.e. phone, email, and system documentation).

• Maintains and promotes the highest level of integrity, security and confidentiality of pertinent information and records. Meet and maintain monthly goals by providing consistent team support.

• Champion company core values and other company programs

• Other duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For:

Experience:

• 1+ years of Customer Service experience, preferably in a call centre environment

• Financial Services industry experience would be an asset

• One (1) + year of work related experience in any loan application or processing (Business, Personal or Credit line) with an emphasis on loan documentation.

Education:

• For SHS Graduate - must have minimum 1 year of BPO experiences handling internal accounts

• For 2nd-Year College Undergraduates or Degree Holders - no previous experience required

Skills & Abilities:

• Strong Attention to Detail: You’re meticulous when it comes to managing data and processes.

• Organizational Skills: You know how to prioritize tasks and manage your time effectively.

• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using computer systems, spreadsheets, and internal tools (experience with MS Office and Google Suite is a plus).

• Analytical Mindset: Ability to work with data and spot trends, discrepancies, or areas for improvement.

• Self-Motivated: You’re a proactive worker who thrives in an independent, task-oriented environment.

• Adaptability: You can adjust to new tasks, workflows, and changes in processes with ease.

• Good Communication: While non-voice, you should be able to communicate clearly in writing and within the team.
