WHAT THIS JOB IS ABOUT:

Generating new sales pipeline with prospective clients in the English-speaking markets
Generate new discovery calls and qualified pipeline for the sales team through outbound prospecting efforts: account planning and research, messaging, list building, and cadence execution (e-mail, phone calls, social selling)
Achieving and exceeding weekly/monthly metrics (Opportunity creation)
Understand prospect pain points, gather technical requirements and correlate business value to customer needs
Gain/Deepen business knowledge through researching how different businesses operate, leadership structures, what their pain points are and the challenges they face every day.
Communicating Glopal’s value proposition to prospective prospects
Work with Enterprise Account Executives and build a pipeline of new business.
Identifying the best approaches to initiate contact with relevant stakeholders within the organization.
Establishing strong client relationships with customer's key decision-makers

This individual contributor role reports to the VP of Sales who values in-the-moment coaching, weekly one-on-ones, and autonomy to allow you to own your success.
