WHAT THIS JOB IS ABOUT:

  • Generating new sales pipeline with prospective clients in the English-speaking markets
  • Generate new discovery calls and qualified pipeline for the sales team through outbound prospecting efforts: account planning and research, messaging, list building, and cadence execution (e-mail, phone calls, social selling)
  • Achieving and exceeding weekly/monthly metrics (Opportunity creation)
  • Understand prospect pain points, gather technical requirements and correlate business value to customer needs
  • Gain/Deepen business knowledge through researching how different businesses operate, leadership structures, what their pain points are and the challenges they face every day.
  • Communicating Glopal’s value proposition to prospective prospects
  • Work with Enterprise Account Executives and build a pipeline of new business.
  • Identifying the best approaches to initiate contact with relevant stakeholders within the organization.
  • Establishing strong client relationships with customer's key decision-makers

This individual contributor role reports to the VP of Sales who values in-the-moment coaching, weekly one-on-ones, and autonomy to allow you to own your success.


MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.

This is a remote position open to candidates based in the UK or Europe.

2 - 4 years sales experience in any of the following

  • Online Marketing
  • Ecommerce
  • Software as a Service (SaaS)

Strong writing abilities

Autonomous and self-driven

Tenacious, resilient and high energy

Quick learner (should at least be AI curious)

Coachable, listener and adaptable
