Performs a variety of complex administrative and analytical tasks in support of a contract program.
Develops plans, including budgets, schedules, cost proposals and monitors tasks to meet contractual/project requirements for assigned program.
Support the PMO to successfully manage the cost, schedule and performance of the contract to include but not limited to Budget Analysis, Monthly Burn, Cost Estimation, Estimates at Completion and Review Monthly Invoices and Travel.
Establishes and defines program plan requirements and performs in-depth studies to determine optimum program plans.
Monitors and reports performance against plans to ensure contractual, cost, and schedule objectives are met.
Review financial metrics with project managers to successfully recommend financial data, burn analysis and cost projections such as but not limited to ODCs, Labor and Travel.
Provide travel and expense report reviews to ensure compliance with the Federal Travel Regulations.
Provide analysis and recommendations on current and future project costs and scope.
Process and monitor purchase requests/ purchase orders actions for Subcontractor labor, travel and ODC using the Supply Chain 360 System (SC360)
Manage and Administer the Subcontractor Electronic Time Recording and Invoice System (SETRIS)
Interacts regularly with customers and other industry representatives to ensure conformance to customer requirements.
May perform business development activities.
Participates in special projects as required.
May provide guidance and work leadership to less-experienced analysts.
REQUIREMENTS:
BA/BS (or equivalent experience)
5+ years of experience in Finance, Analysis and Government Contracting.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot tables / V-Lookups)
Demonstrated strong Analytical skills, critical thinking skills and attention to detail
Ability to function independently, consistently meeting deadlines with little management guidance
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience with Government contracting to include identifying risks/opportunities and ensure compliance within scope
Strong team player, ability to collaborate in cross functional environment
SECRET CLEARANCE or ability to obtain one.
PREFERRED SKILLS:
Experience with Proposals and Rough Order of Magnitudes (ROM)
Experience with Process Improvements and Documentation.
Experience with Subcontractor Timekeeping and Invoicing.
Experience with Concur and Travel Review
Familiarity with OBIEE reporting
Experience with Estimates at Completion and Spend Plans

The likely salary range for this position is $79,747 - $103,500. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.Scheduled Weekly Hours:
