We are looking for a Product Marketing Lead to join our dynamic Promova team. In this role, your main objective will be to grow revenue by improving web funnel conversion and launching new funnels that scale the business. You’ll be the driver behind high-impact user journeys that directly influence our unit economics.

YOUR AREA OF IMPACT:

  • Lead, mentor, and scale the product marketing team, ensuring strong cross-functional alignment with Creative, UA, Development, and Design.
  • Set team priorities and drive execution to maximize impact on funnel performance and business growth.
  • Launch and optimize A/B/C tests to boost funnel conversion and reduce drop-offs.
  • Identify new funnel opportunities through market, competitor, and user insights.
  • Own funnel performance - improve existing journeys and rapidly experiment with new ones to unlock growth.

ABOUT YOU:

  • Experience in Growth/Product Marketing, Product Management, CRO, or funnel-focused roles within web products or apps.
  • Data-driven with strong analytical skills - comfortable forming hypotheses, running A/B/C tests, and turning insights into action.
  • Clear communicator, skilled at cross-functional collaboration and driving results without friction.
  • Experience working closely with media buying teams.
  • Familiar with JIRA and Amplitude/Tableau/Looker Studio.
  • English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level or higher.
  • Marketing mindset combined with curiosity about user psychology - understanding what captures attention and drives action.
