    Key Responsibilities:
    • Respond promptly to inquiries from prospective tenants and provide necessary information.
    • Schedule and coordinate property showings and inspections.
    • Liaise with property managers, leasing agents, and team members to ensure efficient scheduling and communication.
    • Review and process rental applications, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
    • Assist in drafting, reviewing, and signing lease agreements.
    • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to tenants and property management transactions.
    • Handle various administrative tasks, such as filing paperwork, data entry, and organizing tenant records.
    • Utilize Yardi Breeze for lease management and financial tracking.
    • Use Monday.com to manage tasks, schedules, and workflow coordination.
    • Provide excellent customer service to tenants and property owners.
    QUALIFICATIONS:
    • Previous experience in property management, real estate, or administrative support is a requirement.
    • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote environment.
    • Attention to detail and accuracy in handling documents and tenant records.
    • Customer-service-oriented with a professional and courteous demeanor.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other office management tools.

    APPLICATION SOFTWARE KNOWLEDGEABLE/REQUIRED: Proficiency in Yardi Breeze and Monday.com is a strong advantage.
