This role is an Australia-based, fully work-from-home position, with access to co-working spaces in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane.

Job Description

The Marketing Manager plays a pivotal role in creating and executing the marketing strategy to engage the Health Care Practitioner (HCP) market in Australia.  The Marketing Manager is responsible for the planning and delivery of marketing initiatives with a direct impact on growth. The role requires someone with exceptional project management skills who can manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver in a fast-paced dynamic work environment.  Key areas of responsibility include lead generation, acquisition and brand awareness campaigns, clinical education, product and platform launches and event management. 

Acquisition Strategy & Development 

  • Develop and implement growth driven strategic marketing plans that position Montu as a best-in-class leader to support practitioners by building trust and confidence across the prescriber base. 
  • Conduct market research to understand practitioner needs
  • Conduct competitive analysis and build knowledge of industry trends. 
  • Identify growth opportunities to build prescribing and referring confidence and market penetration at scale.
  • Work closely with the field teams to align messaging and resonance with HCPs and business objectives.

Brand Management

  • Develop, maintain and enforce brand guidelines to preserve brand integrity.
  • Ensure brand consistency and resonance with HCPs across all marketing touchpoints and channels. 
  • Craft clear and compelling brand messaging and unique value proposition to ensure competitiveness in-market.

Campaign Management:

  • End-to-end execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns including digital, social, print, webinar, podcast  and events, targeting a HCP audience.  
  • Build and maintain relevant channels to market to implement paid media campaigns, monitor, analyse, and report on marketing performance, adjusting strategies to improve ROI.
  • Brief field teams, partnerships and internal stakeholders to ensure campaigns are activated in the field and drive maximum impact and engagement.  

Marketing Collateral and Content Creation:

  • Work with creative and content teams to develop marketing materials including eDMs, brochures, flyers, banners, presentations, digital assets, merchandise, conference/tradeshow booths, and sales toolkits. 
  • Spearhead thought leadership initiatives, collaborating with internal and external experts to create compelling content that showcases Montu’s expertise. Support the development of internal materials and team training on relevant prescriber research, content, and platforms to optimise GTM strategy and drive Montu’s value proposition.
  • Develop and maintain prescriber-focused marketing and educational tools and documents. 

Event Management

  • Identify event opportunities including external conferences and roadshows and project manage events with the Marketing Coordinator. Ensure events are aligned with business objectives, including lead generation, brand positioning, and on-stand engagement.
  • Forecast and measure ROI and contribution to broader business and marketing objectives.

Reporting & Regulations

  • Analyse campaign performance metrics and use data-driven insights to optimise marketing strategy and drive continuous improvement.
  • Adhere to TGA regulations regarding the responsible marketing of medicines.

 

Qualifications
  •  
  • Demonstrated experience as a Marketing Manager to HCP/clinical audiences.
  • An understanding of the healthcare and / or pharmaceutical landscape and associated regulations.
  • Strong experience in acquisition marketing, digital campaign development, and content strategy. 
  • Experience planning and executing events to support lead generation and engagement. 
  • Strong understanding of brand positioning, messaging, and value proposition development.
  • Analytical mindset with proven ability to use data and insights to inform decisions and optimise campaign performance.
  • Exceptional project management experience
  • Exceptional verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
