This role is required to be based on the East coast of the U.S., ideally in the Miami, FL area.
Travel will be required to build working relationships, collaboration, design, strategy, and alignment.
We are seeking a high-impact Channels and Partner Leader to build, lead, and scale our global partner ecosystem across both ERP and Supply Chain. This role will shape and own our channel strategy across strategic alliances, value-added resellers (VARs), and referral partners, helping us drive growth through indirect routes to market across manufacturing and other key industries.
You will be responsible for developing the strategy, hiring and enabling a team, and delivering measurable results across partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
Partner Strategy and Execution
Develop and execute a multi-pronged partner strategy across:
Strategic Alliances: Form high-value partnerships with global consulting firms, cloud providers, and complementary tech players.
Resell (VAR): Identify, onboard, and manage partners who can resell ERP and Supply Chain solutions into targeted accounts and regions.
Referral: Launch and scale a network of referral partners, including boutique consultants, implementation partners, and industry insiders who can introduce us to key manufacturing and enterprise accounts.
Team Leadership and Expansion
Build and lead a world-class partner organization spanning multiple geographies and partner types.
Recruit, onboard, and develop top partner managers with clear goals, accountability, and shared ownership of pipeline growth.
Establish a scalable operating rhythm for performance tracking, enablement, and partner success.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Services teams to ensure partner programs are aligned with core company priorities.
Lead co-marketing, co-selling, and field engagement initiatives that create joint wins and long-term value.
Growth and Metrics Ownership
Own KPIs for partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline and bookings across ERP and Supply Chain product lines.
Build reporting, dashboards, and insights to inform executive stakeholders and guide ongoing strategy.
Constantly refine the partner portfolio and engagement models to maximize return.
10 or more years in enterprise software partnerships, channels, or alliances, including at least 5 years in a team leadership capacity.
Deep understanding of the ERP and/or Supply Chain software market and its buyer personas.
Demonstrated success building a partner organization from scratch or transforming an underperforming partner model.
Proven ability to attract, retain, and grow top talent within a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
Comfortable toggling between strategy and execution; this is a hands-on leadership role.
Preferred Experience
Familiarity with ERP platforms, Planning, Scheduling, GTM, SRM, and/or Manufacturing Execution solutions.
Experience working with global hyperscalers such as AWS, including co-sell and marketplace integration.
Global experience and the ability to scale programs across regions.

Compensation Package:
Base Pay range: $205,000 - $210,000 Annually (12 Months).
Position eligible for Variable Compensation.
The range applies to the US only. If the final candidate is in another country, the local currency and range would be based on competitive ranges in those countries in alignment with the job grade range.
