Provider Operations Analyst

**Location Remote- NC or FL**

Position Purpose: Support the business vision through an analytic approach using data and industry knowledge to achieve better operational outcomes.

• Responsible for the execution and delivery of operational & programmatic reporting

• Serve as the Subject Matter Expert on Provider Registration and Data

• Create reports using standard business intelligence tools, Track and document identified trends within the different markets

• Verify report validation using standard quality control methods Identify operational trends and research solutions through data analysis

• Make recommendations based on data findings and assist in the implementation of new business

• Collaborate with IS, corporate and health plan teams to facilitate operational support

• Performs other duties as assigned

• Complies with all policies and standards

• Ability to travel

Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree in Business, Health Care Administration, Computer Science, related field or equivalent experience. 3+ years of data analysis experience, preferably in healthcare. Basic knowledge of SQL and simple queries required. Experience with Power BI preferred.
