Senior Services Operations Analyst
About The Position
The Services Operations team supports the success of the Services group by working closely with leadership and other stakeholders to identify and lead various initiatives to drive improvements to the business.
Reporting to the Sr. Director of Services Operations, the Operations Analyst is focused on understanding the key business drivers and using that information to support all the related processes. You will assist with and/or own the headcount reconciliation, expense management model, supply and capacity model, and the Services Incentive Plan.
This role provides an excellent opportunity to join a group that is challenged with a wide range of project types and has exposure to the Services leadership team. You will see the impact of your work in this role.
Responsibilities
- Manage the Services Incentive Plan, including progress-tracking, communications, liaising with the Compensation team, and setting up repeatable processes
- Confidently present and discuss key metrics and results with the senior leadership team.
- Gain expert understanding of current and future business processes.
- Report on operational dashboard and goals. Work with the team to develop a monthly cadence for relevant metrics by consolidating communications and existing reports.
- Support and/or drive financial reporting and analysis.
- Understand and be able to articulate revenue and expense implications of operational processes.
- Identify, evaluate, and quantify process improvement opportunities; present key findings and propose improvement recommendations.
- Ensure operational processes are followed within the Services teams and that appropriate tools exist to support the teams in maintaining the integrity of data and/or process flow.
- Deliver work that is of high quality, accuracy and relevant - this includes financial models, management-ready presentations, and other relevant outputs as required.
- Work closely with other teams such as Finance and Sales Operations to understand and execute various initiatives within Implementation.
- Other ad hoc projects as required.
Qualifications

- Ability to work independently and manage deadlines at a fast pace amidst changing requirements and ambiguity.
- Flexibility and willingness to work on a variety of different types of projects.
- Strong business and financial acumen.
- Strong verbal communication and presentation skills. Ability to clearly articulate business objectives and manage large group discussions, including to senior management.
- Advanced Excel skills including building financial/ operational models from scratch based on business requirements, understanding content of existing models and troubleshooting errors/issues.
- Strong PowerPoint skills with the ability to craft executive-ready presentations.
- Experience with Power BI a plus
- Experience with FinancialForce a plus
- Develop solutions to complex problems that require the use of independent judgement and creativity.
- Demonstrated understanding of performance measurements, metrics, business and financial analysis.
- Bachelor’s degree and strong academic record. A business background is an asset.
- 5+ years of relevant work experience in a fast-paced company with demonstrated examples of initiatives taken to improve an existing workflow.
- 3+ years in a reporting or similar role working with financial or other models in Excel an asset.
- Ability to work remotely on US East Coast time zone.
