As the Group Product Manager – Digital Experience, you will lead the strategic direction and execution of our digital product portfolio. This pivotal role combines visionary leadership with hands-on management, overseeing multiple product lines and guiding a team of Product Managers.

Your commercial acumen will be essential in making informed decisions that drive profitability and align with our business objectives. By leveraging digital reporting and analytics, you will monitor product performance, identify opportunities for growth, and inform strategic initiatives.

Collaborating cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, sales, retail media and customer support teams, you will ensure our digital offerings meet customer needs and market demands. Your leadership will foster a culture of innovation, data-driven decision-making, and continuous improvement, positioning our digital products for sustained success in a competitive landscape.

  • Develop and articulate a clear product vision and strategy for the digital portfolio, ensuring alignment with company goals and market opportunities.
  • Utilize strong business and financial insights to drive product profitability, assess market opportunities, and make informed decisions that enhance revenue and growth.
  • Implement and oversee robust digital analytics frameworks to monitor product performance, user engagement, and key metrics, facilitating data-driven decision-making.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Product Managers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and high performance.
  • Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer support teams to deliver cohesive and impactful digital products.
  • Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation through development, launch, and iteration, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
  • Conduct market research and gather customer feedback to inform product decisions and identify new opportunities.r
  • Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs/ OKRs) to assess product success and inform continuous improvement efforts.

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in product management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role overseeing digital products.
  • Proven track record of managing and scaling digital products successfully.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with experience mentoring and developing high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Deep understanding of digital technologies, user experience design, and agile methodologies.
  • Demonstrated commercial acumen with the ability to analyze financial data, market trends, and business metrics to drive product decisions.
  • Experience with digital analytics tools (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Tableau, Looker) and a strong ability to interpret data to inform strategy.
