RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Analyzes and manages resources that provide financial analysis support to management.
  • Creates and analyzes monthly, quarterly and annual reports and ensures financial information has been recorded accurately.
  • Effectively manage projects to ensure financial integrity and reconcilability.
  • Provide leadership, clear communication, and expertise in recommending improvements to procedural, internal control, and system processes that support financial planning and analysis.
  • Develop processes and financial models that support efficient and accurate analysis and reporting.
  • Effectively manage areas of responsibility to meet established deadlines and business urgency.
  • Identifies trends and developments and present findings to senior management.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience in developing meaningful financial analyses to include analytics, business insights, and recommendations.
  • Strong analytical skills, ability to identify variations and trends, develop practical recommendations, and drive implementation with business leaders.
  • Solid accounting working knowledge to include relationship between P&L and Balance Sheet activities.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Highly responsive with sense of urgency to provide timely and accurate deliverables under tight time commitments.
  • Flexible and able to manage multiple assignments simultaneously.
  • Ability to think creatively, highly driven, and self-motivated.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with Leadership and personnel at all levels.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • PeopleSoft and/or Oracle Cloud ERP working experience preferred.
  • Advanced Excel skills preferred.
  • Alteryx experience preferred.
  • Preference given to candidates that reside in Eastern time zone US due to business operations.

EDUCATION

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field with 7 or more years relevant experience.
  • CPA and/or MBA preferred.
