Bachelor's degree or higher in Chemistry, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field., At least 3 years of experience as an engineer or user of GC, GC/MS analytical instruments., Valid driver's license required., Proficiency in English, equivalent to TOEIC score of 500..

Key responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support for GC and GC/MS products in a call center environment.
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding product operation and applications.
  • Perform troubleshooting and repairs as a field engineer when necessary.
  • Engage in various tasks including promoting support products.

当社化学分析機器である、GC、GC/MS等のコールセンター業務全般。(リモートエンジニア業務) 

当社のコールセンターで、お客様からの上記担当製品に関する操作およびアプリケーションなどの技術的なご質問に回答して頂きます。

フィールドの状況によっては、フィールドエンジニアとして、故障診断および修理などを実施して頂きます。サポート商品の販売促進など、幅広い業務をお任せいたします。

Qualifications

 <学歴・資格>

化学、電気、機械などの専攻卒(高専卒以上)

要普通自動車運転免許

<経験/知識/姿勢>

GC, GC/MS等の分析機器のエンジニア業務もしくはユーザーとしての経験が3年以上。

英語(TOEIC500点相当)
