Job Description & Summary

PwC is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administration Intern to join our dynamic team for a 6-month internship. This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience and firsthand insight into the operations of a professional service network.

As an Administration Intern, you will provide vital support to the administrative team and assist in various functions that contribute to the efficiency and productivity of our office environment.

PwC has been present in the Mongolian market since 2010. We offer a full range of services, including Assurance, Tax and Advisory services, tailored to meet the unique needs of our clients in Mongolia.

What you will be doing
  • Assist in daily administrative tasks, including managing correspondence, phone inquiries, and document filing. 

  • Provide reception support, welcoming guests and directing them to appropriate staff or meeting locations. 
  • Support scheduling and coordination of meetings and events, ensuring all logistical needs are met. 

  • Help maintain office supplies inventory and perform necessary reorders to ensure smooth office operations. 

  • Work with the administrative team to prepare and translate, presentations, and other documents. 

  • Aid in data entry and document management, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. 

  • Collaborate with team members on special projects and initiatives, contributing fresh ideas and perspectives. 

  • Facilitate communication within the team through effective information sharing and support. 

What you will bring along
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. 

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 

  • Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal formats in English and Mongolian. 

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). 

  • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a dynamic work environment. 

  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn.
