Senior Account Executive – Franchise Sales Expansion

We’re seeking a Senior Account Executive to drive revenue and help expand a fast-growing franchise brand. This is a full-cycle sales role where you’ll convert qualified leads, build strong relationships with aspiring business owners, and contribute to the sales strategy that fuels national growth.

🔍 What You’ll Own:

  • Manage inbound and outbound sales from lead to signed agreement

  • Qualify prospects, conduct discovery, and deliver compelling franchise presentations

  • Build trust with franchise candidates, small business owners, and operators

  • Maintain a clean, efficient pipeline using HubSpot or a similar CRM

  • Identify and communicate customer feedback, objections, and trends

  • Work closely with leadership to refine sales playbooks and market messaging

  • Support and coach junior reps as part of a growing sales team

  • 2–3+ years of full-cycle sales experience (B2C, franchise, or healthcare a plus)

  • Track record of closing mid-to-high-ticket deals with decision-makers

  • Excellent communication and consultative selling skills

  • Strong organizational habits and pipeline management experience

  • Proficiency in HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRMs

  • Self-starter mindset with comfort working independently in EST hours
