We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Manager of Sales Operations to support our commercial growth strategy. This role will act as the operational backbone of the sales organization, owning the systems, processes, and cross-functional initiatives that enable high performance across our commercial teams. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader with a strong understanding of Salesforce.com (SFDC), project management, sales reporting, and business process optimization within a MedTech or Medical Device environment.                                

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and administer the Salesforce.com (SFDC) instance for the commercial organization
  • Drive pipeline hygiene, forecast cadence, and territory management
  • Lead cross-functional projects and serve as commercial liaison with IT, Finance, and Marketing
  • Partner with Finance to manage field incentive compensation and sales performance reporting
  • Improve and standardize sales team workflows, data integrity, and analytics frameworks
  • Support regional business reviews, QBRs, and executive dashboards
  • Train and support field managers on operational tools and reporting best practices 

Requirements

  • Able to travel to the Mountain View Office as needed.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience, and at least 4 years of people-management experience 
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required, MBA a plus. 
  • Extensive hands-on experience using Salesforce, Tableau, and Excel. 
  • Analytical minded and business focused: must be able to understand and communicate the business impact of data analysis and recommendations. 
  • Thrives in a dynamic, ever-changing work environment. 
  • Exceptional communication skills; able to deliver clear messages to a wide variety of audiences

Day in the Life 

A typical day might include a working session with IT to design new SFDC workflows, a check-in with regional sales leaders on forecast accuracy, running reports for a senior leadership QBR, and collaborating with the commercial analyst to validate Tableau dashboards. You will be the go-to resource for solving commercial process pain points and enabling the sales team to execute with confidence and clarity. 

$175,000-$185,000K Base - Compensation will be determined based on several factors including but not limited to skill set, years of experience and geographic location.
