The Opportunity

We're at an exciting growth phase and looking for a results-driven demand generation expert to fuel our expansion. This role is critical to our success - you'll be responsible for generating qualified leads that convert to substantial pipeline and directly contribute to revenue growth. You'll be accountable for marketing-sourced revenue and measurable business impact, not vanity metrics.

Requirements

What You'll Do

Demand Generation Execution

  • Execute multi-channel campaigns: email, LinkedIn, content marketing, webinars, events
  • Leverage AI marketing tools for personalization at scale and campaign optimization
  • Manage and optimize existing marketing automation and CRM systems
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team on lead handoff, qualification, and feedback loops

Technical Translation & Content

  • Partner with the delivery team to transform complex AI/data concepts into compelling business value propositions
  • Create content for different personas (C-Suite, Directors, Technical, etc.) that resonates with C-suite decision-makers
  • Develop case studies, thought leadership, and proof points that build consulting credibility
  • Adapt messaging for different audiences (CEO, CTO, COO, CFO) and industries

Performance & Analytics

  • Establish clear metrics and attribution models for long sales cycles
  • Report on marketing-sourced pipeline and revenue contribution
  • Conduct systematic A/B testing and campaign optimization
  • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to leadership

What You Bring

Required Experience

  • 5+ years B2B demand generation with deal sizes $100K+ (consulting/professional services preferred)
  • Proven track record of generating qualified leads that convert to a substantial pipeline. That includes marketing directly to channel partners.
  • Enterprise marketing experience with PE-backed companies or mid-market firms ($50M+ revenue)
  • AI marketing tools proficiency: ChatGPT/Claude/Perplexity, marketing automation AI, predictive analytics, and personalization platforms
  • US market knowledge and experience with American business culture

Technical Skills

  • Content creation
  • Marketing automation platforms and lead nurturing
  • Account-based marketing tools and strategies
  • SEO, content marketing, and multi-channel campaign management
  • Analytics and attribution modeling for complex sales cycles
