Job Title: Senior Bookkeeper
Location:
Remote (CST Time Zone)
Salary Range:
up to 2000 USD

Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (CST)

Position Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Senior Bookkeeper to support financial operations, manage accounts payable, and assist with budgeting tasks. This is a critical role that ensures the financial engine of the business runs smoothly and provides accurate information for decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform day-to-day bookkeeping, including journal entries and bank reconciliations.
  • Manage accounts payable and ensure timely vendor payments.
  • Maintain and organize financial records.
  • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and monthly reporting.
  • Prepare financial reports for internal review.
  • Support payroll processing and audit preparations as needed.
  • Use QuickBooks to manage accounting workflows.


Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks.
  • Strong knowledge of AP management and financial record-keeping.
  • Excellent organizational and attention-to-detail skills.
  • Comfortable communicating in English at a professional working level.


Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience supporting U.S.-based businesses.
  • Background in logistics or service industries.
  • Familiarity with U.S. payroll processing or audit support.
  • Exposure to budgeting and forecasting processes.
