Location:

Salary Range:
up to 1500 USD

Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM (EST)

Position Overview:

We're looking for a motivated and articulate Patient Success Coordinator to support patient acquisition and engagement. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys phone-based interaction, has a warm yet confident communication style, and can stay organized while managing leads and schedules within a CRM system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective patients to follow up on inquiries or appointment requests.
  • Handle patient follow-ups, reschedules, and simple qualification questions.
  • Manage and update CRM records and lead tracking.
  • Coordinate with internal staff to ensure timely patient scheduling and hand-offs.
  • Maintain a polite, professional, and empathetic tone across all interactions.
  • Use Google Sheets or similar tools to track performance and pipeline activities.


Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer service, sales, or patient-facing role.
  • Strong verbal English communication skills; confident on the phone with B2C customers.
  • Experience using a CRM (any platform) and Google Sheets.
  • Highly organized and able to manage follow-ups and schedules.
  • Empathetic, proactive, and persistent personality.


Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience working with healthcare or dental providers.
  • Familiarity with appointment setting, insurance prequalification, or patient coordination.
  • Knowledge of tools like HubSpot, Pipedrive, or other CRMs
