This position is responsible to support customers by providing professional helpful information, answering questions and responding to complaints. As a front line of support between our company and its current and potential customers, accept ownership for accurately processing requests and solving customer issues, complaints and inquiries, while keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision. Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls. Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile. Assist customers with changes to a policy, the acceptability within the program’s underwriting guidelines including any changes in the policies premium. Speaks with customers by phone and receive payments for renewing, reinstating or continuing policies.
*Must have experience in a service related or call center environment.
*Exercise sound financial judgment and discretion in handling insurance claims.
*Able to handle high call volume.
*Have professional telephone and people skills.
*Computer skills in various applications and be well organized.
*Must have attention to detail, work well in a team environment or individually and must have excellent customer service skills.
*Bilingual English/Spanish.
*Knowledge of the auto insurance terminology or procedures, a plus.
