Key responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire project lifecycle from planning and budgeting to implementation and support, ensuring project P&L and program targets are met.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals and deliverables.
  • Collaborate closely with market heads and project managers, participating in steering committees and managing escalations as necessary.
  • Lead regional client relationships and support the sales team with proof-of-concept implementations, while incorporating customer feedback into the product roadmap.

Your responsibilities

Delivery & Operations responsibilities:

  • Build technical delivery capabilities, to manage entire project lifecycle from the initial planning and budgeting to successful implementation and support. Proactively manage risk, dependencies, quality, and change requests for all projects in scope to achieve project P&L and program targets

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals and deliverables

  • Develop / oversee development of user stories and other artifacts to support the technical implementation of the project

  • Close collaboration with market head(s) and other project managers by joining steering committees upon escalation and help manage such if necessary

  • Ensure project learnings are documented shared across projects and peers globally

Account Management responsibilities: 

  • Lead and build strong regional client relationships 

  • Ensure close cooperation with the product team by highlighting customer feedback for inclusion into product roadmap

  • Provide support to the sales team, including implementation of proof-of-concepts

Your qualifications, skills and experience
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Computer Engineering or Business/Finance, or other relevant background

  • A minimum of 7 years proven track record in consultancy, client management, account management, and project management for financial services technology products

  • Good understanding of developing and delivering technology products at scale

  • In-depth knowledge and understanding of digital Wealth Management or Insurance 

  • PMI, PMP/PRINCE II certification is a plus

  • Familiar with Agile/Scrum practices

  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, fluent in English (written and spoken). Any other language (Tagalog / Bahasa) is a plus
