The HR Executive will play a crucial role in supporting HR operations, ensuring a seamless employee experience, and providing administrative and operational support to the HR team. This role requires a highly organized and detail-oriented professional with excellent communication skills, capable of managing HR processes efficiently in a remote work environment.
Responsibilities:
Employee Management: Oversee the employee lifecycle, from recruitment to onboarding and beyond, ensuring a smooth experience for all hires.
Interview Scheduling: Coordinate interview schedules between candidates, hiring managers, and panel members, ensuring efficient time and resource allocation.
Documentation & Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee applications, assessments, and HR-related documents.
Background & Reference Checks: Coordinate background verification and reference checks for shortlisted candidates, ensuring compliance with company policies.
Onboarding Coordination: Assist with the onboarding process, including offer letters, collection of necessary documentation, and orientation sessions.
Data Entry & HR Reporting: Manage and update HR databases and generate reports as required.
Administrative Support: Provide general administrative assistance to the HR team, including scheduling, record management, and organizing HR-related meetings
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 4 years of experience in an HR or administrative role, preferably in a recruitment or corporate HR setting.
Strong organizational and time management skills with excellent attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Experience working in a fast-paced environment is preferred.
Knowledge of HR compliance, labor laws, and employee relations is an advantage.
Adittional Skills:
Experience in recruitment coordination is highly valued.
Exposure to HR marketing, employer branding, or talent acquisition campaigns is beneficial.
Understanding of visa requirements or international hiring would be a plus.
