This is a remote position.

Schedule:
  • Total hours: 20 hours per week or 4 hours per day
  • Monday - Friday
  • 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM Sydney time (or 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM Manila time)

Job Description:

Responsibilities:
  • Lead support for government tender preparation and submission processes, ensuring all documentation meets strict compliance requirements
  • Collaborate on bid writing and tender document compilation, helping craft compelling proposals that win contracts
  • Manage tender project timelines from initiation through final submission, coordinating multiple stakeholders and deadlines
  • Support quality management system documentation and ISO certification requirements, ensuring clients meet industry standards
  • Handle strategic administrative tasks including client communication, appointment coordination, and project documentation
  • Provide specialized operational support for tender-related activities, adapting to project cycles and client needs
  • Assist with the development and maintenance of tender templates and process improvements

Requirements
  • Previous hands-on experience completing government tenders with demonstrated success in the tender process
  • Background in construction, engineering, or architecture industries strongly preferred (knowledge of sector terminology, processes, and requirements)
  • Understanding of quality management systems, ISO certification processes, and compliance documentation
  • Excellent written communication skills with ability to contribute to professional bid writing and proposal development
  • Strong project coordination abilities with experience managing multiple deadlines and stakeholders
  • Self-motivated professional who can work independently while maintaining high attention to detail
  • Availability to work 20 hours per week during Sydney business hours (10am-2pm, Monday-Friday)
  • Adaptability to handle project-based work cycles with varying intensity levels
