Job Description

We’re looking for a strategic, detail-oriented, and people-focused Matching Team Lead to oversee our client matching operations. This role is critical in ensuring clients are paired with Remote Team Members who align with their business needs and goals. As the Matching Team Lead, you’ll take ownership of the matching function by optimizing internal processes, supporting the matching team, and collaborating across departments to ensure an exceptional client experience.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the end-to-end client-to-Remote Team Member matching process, ensuring quality, alignment, and efficiency.
  • Analyze client needs, business profiles, and Remote Team Member qualifications to ensure optimal matches.
  • Handle escalations and support the team in resolving complex matching challenges.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with departments such as Client Success, Onboarding, Recruitment, HR, and Training to streamline workflows and improve match success rates.
  • Continuously assess and improve matching processes based on data, feedback, and operational trends.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure effective database usage across the team.
  • Generate regular performance reports and insights to inform strategic decisions.
  • Work with Onboarding, Training and Recruitment to ensure Remote Team Members are client-ready and equipped with relevant resources.
  • Develop tools, templates, and guides to standardize matching practices and knowledge-sharing.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree Holder
  • Must be comfortable with using Hubstaff, a time-tracking application
  • 2+ years of experience in recruitment, client success, matchmaking, or operations; with at least 1+ year in a leadership or mentorship role
  • Proven experience managing teams and workflows in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
  • Strong background in CRM or ATS tools, data management, and reporting
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
  • Demonstrated strength in analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making
  • Familiarity with remote operations and global teams is a plus
  • Highly organized, adaptable, and proactive in addressing challenges
  • Computer or laptop with access to the internet (min speed of 35 Mbps)
