HR Manager Wanted

What You’ll Do:

  • Design and optimize our organizational structure and people systems
  • Lead talent acquisition: attract, assess, and onboard top talent
  • Ensure full compliance with labor laws and HR regulations (KSA and beyond)
  • Build and maintain accurate, secure employee records and data systems
  • Develop and lead onboarding, training, and knowledge programs
  • Cultivate a performance-driven, values-aligned company culture
  • Guide managers and staff on performance, feedback, and development
  • Oversee compensation, benefits, and offboarding processes
  • Spot risks, gaps, and opportunities for HR system improvement

We’re Looking For:

  • 5–8 years of proven HR or People Ops leadership
  • Deep experience managing remote and global teams
  • Strong organizational and management skills
  • Exceptional communication in both Arabic and English
  • High emotional intelligence and coaching mindset
  • Hands-on experience building high-performing teams and cultures
  • Deep understanding of KPIs and performance systems

Bonus If You Have:

  • Expertise in KSA labor law and legal handling
  • Familiarity with tools like Airtable, JetAdmin, and HR tech platforms
  • A background in organizational psychology or leadership coaching
