Your Impact and Mission

Build and grow a portfolio of global clients, focusing on accounts with $1M+ annual ad budgets.

Own the full sales cycle - from lead generation and pitch to negotiation and closing.

Identify, engage, and build long-term relationships with senior decision-makers.

Collaborate closely with internal teams (U.S. and Israel-based) to deliver top-tier client success.

Strategically align offerings with client goals using a consultative, value-based approach.


Your Experience, Mindset and Skills

Proven Experience: 3+ years of success in B2B sales for digital performance advertising and/or media buying platforms.

Consultative Sales Approach: Ability to pitch solutions (not just products), uncover client needs, and align offerings with business goals and data-driven strategies.

Communication & Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders.

Self-Starter Attitude: Highly independent, organized, and proactive - comfortable taking initiative and executing hands-on work.

Results-Driven: Consistently meets and exceeds ambitious targets in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment.

Tech & Data Fluency: Comfortable discussing data, performance metrics, and technology solutions with clients.

CRM & Sales Tools Proficiency: Experienced with platforms like HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar tools.


Bonus Points For

Hands-on experience with RTB and self-serve ad platforms.

Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker).
