Imagen is looking for a motivated and results-driven product marketing manager, with a passion for planning and executing product and feature launches and collaborating with the product team on product adoption and success.


Responsibilities

As a Product Marketing Manager at Imagen, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Referral Program Strategy & Execution - Lead the marketing development, optimization, and scaling of our referral program. Define incentives, craft messaging, and work cross-functionally to turn users into a top acquisition channel.
  • Monetization & Packaging - Own go-to-market for pricing changes, new feature packaging, and feature adoptions flows. Analyze user behavior and business performance to inform monetization strategy
  • GTM Planning & Execution - Build and execute go-to-market plans for monetization-related features and experiments. Align stakeholders across product, marketing, and customer teams to ensure successful rollouts.
  • Positioning & Messaging - Craft compelling positioning and messaging for new offers, packages, and feature tiers. Clearly communicate value to both new and existing users.
  • Growth Analysis & Competitive Research - Use data and user insights to uncover opportunities and identify friction points. Monitor market trends and competitive approaches to referrals and monetization.



Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in product marketing, growth marketing, or a related role.
  • Proven track record in leading referral programs or monetization initiatives.
  • Analytical mindset with experience using tools like Mixpanel or Tableau.
  • Strong English communication skills - both written and verbal.
  • Experience in product launch planning and cross-functional coordination.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, experiment-driven environment.
  • Strategic thinker with hands-on execution skills and a bias for action.
