We’re looking for a sharp, organized and execution-focused Product Operations Specialist to join our team at Commit.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives on making things run smoothly — from coordinating processes to tracking details and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks. It’s a hands-on operational role that supports our product teams by keeping the engine running.

What You’ll Do

• Coordinate and streamline product-related operational processes.
• Manage documentation, status updates, timelines, and feature tracking.
• Work with product managers to ensure deadlines are met and information is up-to-date.
• Collect and organize user feedback, product data, and support insights
• Monitor and report on product performance and usage trends
• Drive internal communication and alignment between product, engineering, and design
• Maintain product tools and internal systems (e.g., Jira, Notion) to support efficient workflows

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

• BSc in Industrial Engineering and Management or a related operational/analytical field.
• 2-3 years of hands-on operational experience – ideally in tech, product ops, or business ops.
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills in native-level English.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders.
• A team player, someone who loves getting things done.
