Form Builder, EMHware– REMOTE (Canada)

We are looking for a Form Builder to focus on our EMHware product. EMHware is a Canadian web-based Agency Management Software for mental health, addictions and social service agencies across Canada. With hundreds of agencies and tens of thousands of users across the country, we believe in treating agencies that use EMHware as partners in the improvement of mental health, addictions and social services within their communities. This approach has led to our exponential growth, success, and desire to make a difference in the lives of our customers and clients accessing their services.  

Responsibilities: 

  • Building and revising custom forms using our in-house template design tool.  
  • Communicate and collaborate with clients on the outcome of the form. 
  • Collaborate with team to understand client requirements and needs. 
  • Participate in application testing and quality assurance. 
  • Provide training and support to our end users who wish to build their own templates. 
  • A desire to learn and work as part of a team focused on delivering a software solution that strives to exceed the expectations of its customers. 
  • Consistently meet deadlines while managing multiple ongoing tasks and shifting priorities. 
  • Accurately track time spent on tasks. 
  • Maintain high standards for quality in all deliverables. 
  • Perform other duties as needed. 

Skills and Experience needed for success in this role: 

  • Post-Secondary education or demonstrated proficiency in the above 
  • Competence in reading, analyzing, and interpreting complex documents. 
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, able to interact professionally with diverse personality types. 
  • Ability to learn quickly and apply knowledge to solve client problems. 
  • Strong customer service skills and a high level of professionalism. 
  • Independent, logical, and strategic thinker with strong attention to detail. 
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask, set priorities 
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and capable of meeting short-deadline projects. 
  • Ability to work well in high-pressure situations and take the lead if necessary 
  • Excellent attention to detail and willingness to pitch in to any initiative when necessary. 
  • Confidence navigating Microsoft Office Suite and help desk support software.

Compensation: The total base pay range for this position is $22 - $24 CAD per hour in most Canadian locations. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including location, local market variances, and candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.
