Job Description

The Training Expert designs, develops, and implements F&I, Sales, and Service Managers' training for Independent Agencies, Dealerships, OEMs and Credit Unions. Fee based training is used as a competitive advantage to encourage agencies to bring new business to ADS. Training is adaptable to the direct channel.

Requirements:
  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in F&I and/or Training within the automotive, RV, marine, or powersports industries.
  • Training & Facilitation Skills:
    • Exceptional presentation and facilitation skills with a proven ability to deliver comprehensive, dynamic, and effective training programs to varied professional audiences.
    • Ability to implement and adapt existing training materials for diverse audiences (independent agencies, dealerships, OEMs, credit unions).
    • Capable of contributing to the design and development of online training videos.
    • Proactive in identifying new opportunities for training and support within the automotive and F&I industries.
  • Relationship Management:
    • Strong ability to build rapport and establish credibility with diverse stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams (contracting associates, direct sales team, marketing, accounting, agents, accounts).
  • Problem-Solving & Work Style:
    • Demonstrates a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
    • Capable of working effectively and self-directed from a remote home office, managing travel logistics.
    • High adaptability to changing training needs or environments.
  • Travel:
    • Willingness and ability to travel nationally up to 60% of the time.
  • Project Management:
    • Ability to manage and participate in ad-hoc special projects.
  • Certifications:
    • AFIP (or similar) certification a plus.
  • Education:
    • 4-year Bachelor's Degree preferred. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered in lieu of degree requirements.

Compensation

Compensation offered for this role is $104,000.00 - 187,625.00 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.

The candidate(s) offered this position will be required to submit to a background investigation.
