Job Description

We are looking for a Finance Manager to join Experian's North America Automotive business. This is a critical role for a strategic, analytical finance leader who can drive performance, deliver clarity, and help us scale.

In this remote role, you'll report to the Senior Director of Finance, and join a team where accuracy and speed are necessary. You'll gain exposure to senior leaders, learn fast, and help shape decisions that impact the business.

What you'll do

  • Lead monthly cost forecasting, capital planning, and scenario analysis, including product-level revenue reporting and innovation tracking
  • Track and manage technology/cloud spend, contractor costs, and labor allocations; oversee CapEx forecasting and controls for prepayments and accruals
  • Own the annual cost budgeting process and long-range planning cycle, aligning inputs across business partners and shared services
  • Deliver accurate reporting across the P&L, costs, and KPIs, producing dashboards and executive-ready insights
  • Partner with shared services and manage one offshore analyst to ensure consistency and quality of reporting
  • Collaborate with Product, Technology, and Regional Finance teams to align on financial goals and business plans
  • Translate complex financial data into clear, applicable insights that support leadership decision-making
  • Analyze costs by function and identify opportunities for operational efficiency and expense optimization
  • Identify opportunities to automate reporting, improve processes, and scale recurring analysis
  • Use tools like Power BI, Tableau, Oracle, and Hyperion to enhance reporting, insights, and decision support

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field
  • 7+ years of relevant experience in finance, management consulting, corporate strategy, or similar environment, including FP&A and project management experience
  • Role model for growth and promote continuous improvement and process efficiency
  • Experience balancing between detailed and the high-level summaries while maintaining accuracy
  • Experience developing predictive analyses and using large datasets
  • Experience getting results, organizing, and prioritizing deadlines
