We’re looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to support interview scheduling and candidate communication across multiple roles and departments. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and takes pride in creating a seamless, professional experience for every candidate.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and schedule interviews across time zones with accuracy and speed
Own candidate communication, from updates to feedback and follow-ups
Keep our ATS (Recruiterflow) up to date and organized
Post job listings and track applicant flow
Collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to maintain momentum
Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and enhance the candidate experience
What We’re Looking For
1–2 years of experience in recruitment coordination or high-volume hiring support
Excellent time management and attention to detail
Clear, professional communication skills (especially via email and Slack)
Familiarity with Google Calendar, Gmail, ATS tools, and Slack
Availability to work full-time during PST or EST business hours
