What We Do:

Huddle Up has been a leader in pediatric teletherapy services since 2015. Leveraging our proprietary technology platform and our team of expert providers and pediatric clinicians, we bring a passion to treating the whole child and helping them thrive. What You’ll Do: 

We are seeking a self-starter that is motivated to drive impact for providers and children across the nation. The Contract Recruiting Sourcer will help us find exceptional licensed Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for school-based roles. The ideal candidate is a proactive, tech-savvy sourcer who understands the nuances of licensure, school staffing models, and the importance of connecting qualified clinicians to high-impact roles.

This is a performance-based contract role — pay is directly tied to the number of qualified interviews you schedule with candidates. You control your hours and your earnings.

Duration: 3 months with potential extension

Compensation: Pay for performance; OTE range of $10,000 - $20,000 per month

 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Partner with internal recruiters and clinical managers to define ideal candidate profiles for school-based SLP positions
  • Leverage sourcing platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, licensure boards, resume databases, etc.) to proactively identify and engage top talent
  • Build and nurture pipelines of both active and passive SLP candidates
  • Craft compelling outreach messages that align with Huddle Up’s mission and values
  • Accurately track candidate progress using our ATS and internal sourcing trackers
  • Stay informed on state-by-state licensure requirements and school hiring timelines
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience sourcing licensed healthcare or education professionals, ideally school-based clinicians
  • Proficiency in using sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed Resume, Handshake, etc.
  • Familiarity with SLP licensure, credentials, and school staffing is strongly preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized, self-directed, and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable working independently in a fast-moving remote environment
