Build the Demand Engine: Invent. Iterate. Impact.
Join Acuity Insights at a pivotal moment of transformation. As our next Growth Marketing Manager, you’ll help design and build our first true demand generation engine from the ground up.
This is a builder’s opportunity: you’ll shape how we generate awareness, convert interest, and drive pipeline growth for our Program Experience products, One45 and Analytics, which help health education programs support learners and graduate the world’s future doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals. Along the way, you’ll help fuel our evolution into a unified platform company and lay the groundwork for a demand generation engine that grows with us.
If you’re a performance-minded marketer who thrives on experimentation, likes turning ambiguity into clarity, and wants to shape something meaningful from day one, this role was tailored for you.
You won’t just run campaigns, you’ll help build the engine that powers them. As our Growth Marketing Manager, you’ll own demand generation for our Program Experience products and be a key contributor to how demand gen operates at Acuity overall.
You will be responsible for developing, planning, and executing all demand generation strategies, campaigns, and performance metrics to drive full-funnel awareness and conversion for our Program Experience solutions. You’ll work closely with your counterpart on the Assessments side and be part of a multidisciplinary marketing team that spans product marketing, content, brand, events, and digital.

You’ll be part of a tight-knit, multidisciplinary marketing team that balances depth, experimentation, and care. We move quickly and collaboratively, embracing progress over perfection and learning as we go.
Demand Engine Design. You’ve built or rebuilt demand generation programs with clear objectives in B2B SaaS environments, owned KPIs, and full-funnel accountability, from awareness to SQL handoff. You think holistically and plan with the full journey in mind.
Channel Execution. You’ve run campaigns utilizing multiple marketing channels, including content marketing, digital advertising, organic and paid media channels, SEO, email marketing, virtual and in-person events and a variety of other methods to generate qualified leads. You know how to adapt your approach based on audience, intent, and performance. You match tactics to strategy, not the other way around.
Experimentation Mindset. You think like a scientist: hypothesis-driven, iterative, and always testing to improve outcomes. You know when to explore and when to optimize, and how to do both with limited data or budget.
Marketing Automation & Infrastructure. You’ve set up or evolved automation flows, scoring models, and campaign tracking using tools like HubSpot and Salesforce. You balance operational detail with long-term scalability.
Cross-Functional Collaboration. You’ve partnered with Sales, CS, RevOps, and Product Marketing to align messaging, targeting, and handoff. You know how to bring others along and how to translate marketing performance into business value.
Analytical Fluency. You’ve used reporting not just to track results, but to find opportunities, identify patterns, and tell a story. You can connect metrics to impact and turn insights into action.
Strategic Execution. You move fluidly between planning and doing, comfortably zooming out to set a campaign strategy or diving into an ad platform or email flow to make it real.
Comfort With Ambiguity. You’ve stepped into roles or environments where the playbook didn’t exist yet. You brought structure to the chaos, built from scratch, and made something repeatable.

Whether you apply directly, are referred, or connect with a recruiter or hiring manager, you’ll be given equal consideration. Your application is reviewed by a real person, with care and attention to your experience, skills, and motivation, as well as the qualities that help people thrive here.
We don’t use AI to evaluate applications. However, if you don’t meet baseline requirements, like Canadian residency and valid work authorization, you may be automatically screened out. During our conversations, we may use AI-powered note-taking to support focus and accuracy, but all decisions are made by people.
We view hiring as a two-way conversation. Our goal is to learn about and understand your career journey, abilities, and interests while giving you the insight you need to decide whether this role and team feel like the right fit.
Here are the steps to expect:
We know our process is a meaningful time commitment, and we truly appreciate the effort and energy you invest in getting to know us. We aim to make every step thoughtful, transparent, and worthwhile, for you as much as for us.
We believe everyone has incredible potential. At Acuity Insights, our mission is to uncover it, nurture it, and help bring it to life.
Our journey began with a bold idea: to improve how we assess people, not just by academic metrics, but by who they are. In partnership with McMaster University, we developed Casper in 2004 to measure the durable, human skills that matter in health professions and other fields where people work with people. That vision came to life with the founding of Altus Assessments in 2014.
Meanwhile, One45 started in 1998 at the University of British Columbia, helping medical education programs digitize complex processes like curriculum management, scheduling, and assessment. Over time, it became a trusted partner to programs across North America and beyond.
In 2021, Altus Assessments acquired One45, and in 2022, we unified as Acuity Insights, a single, growing organization with a shared purpose and broader vision.
What started as two distinct products is now one integrated mission supported by our Analytics solution, which delivers actionable insights to drive continuous improvement across the learner journey.
Today, our platform supports students and institutions from admissions to graduation across North America, the U.K., Australia, New Zealand and Saudi Arabia.
As we continue to grow, we’re committed to being more than a software provider. We’re trusted thought leaders and valued advisors in higher education, offering practical solutions, strategic insights, and guidance that help our partners make confident, informed decisions.
We’re a remote-first team of 130+ people who care deeply about our work and about each other. While we collaborate virtually across time zones, we make space for connection through thoughtful rituals, candid conversations, and the occasional in-person meetup when we can.
Our core values (caring, curious, and driven) shape how we show up for each other, our partners, and the learners and educators we serve. We listen with intention, build with purpose, and hold ourselves to high standards without losing sight of empathy and balance.
We’re committed to inclusion and belonging, not just in principle but in practice. We know that diverse perspectives make us better, more creative, more resilient, and more equipped to solve meaningful problems. Our policies are designed to support equity, flexibility, and well-being.
If you’re looking for purposeful work, room to grow, and a team that’s as thoughtful as it is ambitious, we hope you’ll consider joining us.
