Job Role: Lead Generator/Appointment Setter 

Work Schedule: This is a full-time role (8 hours per day) (Australia) 

Salary range: $1200-$1500 AUD / Monthly

The client is a media and LED equipment rental company in Australia. 

Role Overview:

We’re looking for a proactive and results-driven Lead Generator / Appointment Setter to join our team. You’ll play a key role in helping the company grow by identifying potential clients, making outbound calls, and booking appointments for our sales team. You’ll also be responsible for keeping CRM up-to-date, following up with prospects, and bringing fresh ideas to the table when it comes to generating new leads.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Make outbound cold calls to prospective clients and book appointments for the sales team
  • Source and categorise leads using tools like Google Maps (e.g. targeting main roads, industry types)
  • Maintain and update the database, including follow-up reminders and contact details
  • Identify and qualify leads (hot, warm, cold)
  • Send relevant information to leads as required
  • Collaborate regularly with the Sales Manager to ensure alignment and track progress
  • Contribute ideas and strategies to improve lead generation efforts
  • Support email marketing efforts by entering leads into campaigns and tracking responses
  • Bulk email marketing on a regular basis



Requirements

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience in lead generation, appointment setting, or telesales
  • Confident phone manner and excellent communication skills
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and stay self-motivated
  • Tech-savvy with experience in CRM systems and marketing tools preferred
  • A creative mindset and willingness to try new approaches to generate leads
  • Proactive, self-driven and has great work ethics
