As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a driven and articulate Outbound Sales Representative to help generate new business opportunities.

Role Overview:
We’re looking for a highly motivated Outbound Sales Representative with a clear, professional American accent to actively engage potential business clients by phone. This role involves cold calling, qualifying leads, and helping drive interest in our services. Ideal candidates will have previous experience in outbound sales and a strong command of conversational English.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound sales calls to businesses using a provided script or call framework
  • Introduce RedfordGC’s services and identify potential client needs
  • Qualify leads and schedule follow-up calls or appointments with senior team members
  • Maintain accurate records of calls and lead status using CRM tools
  • Meet daily/weekly call and conversion targets
  • Collaborate with the team to refine messaging and improve conversion strategies

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in outbound sales or telemarketing (B2B preferred)1
  • Clear American accent and strong English communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Confidence in cold calling and handling objections professionally
  • Strong work ethic, persistence, and goal orientation
  • Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace for remote calling
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)

Benefits

  • Client Relationship : You will be directly working with the client. This means that you will communicate with the client, provide services, and address any client-related matters independently.
  • Payments : All payments for your services will be handled by the client. Elevate and Delegate is not involved in processing your payroll. Your salary will directly go to you. 
  • Vacation Leaves and Holidays : While we may have recommendations or guidelines regarding vacation leaves and holidays, the decision is entirely at the discretion of the client. You are expected to align your schedule with the client’s business needs and any specific policies or preferences they may have in this regard. 

Salary : $9-$10/hr
