  • Book, modify, and confirm moving appointments while coordinating with dispatch and moving teams.
  • Ensure all necessary documentation and contracts are completed and filed appropriately.
  • Communicate any scheduling changes or service updates to customers in a timely manner.
  • Address customer concerns, complaints, and service issues with professionalism and efficiency.
