Job description

What Youʼll Do

Weʼre looking for a Digital Marketing Expert who blends strategic vision with hands-on execution. Youʼll drive multi-channel campaigns across email, SEO, paid media, and social. Youʼll work closely with our Digital Marketing Manager and team to plan, execute, and optimize campaigns that get results.

Core Responsibilities

- Full-Funnel Marketing Strategy 

Design and implement integrated marketing campaigns using HubSpot, GoHighLevel, ActiveCampaign, and Klaviyo. Tailor tech stack to client needs.

- Email Marketing & Automation 

Build and manage email flows (welcome, nurture, re-engagement), ensure list hygiene, segmentation, and compliance with CANSPAM/GDPR.

- SEO Strategy & Execution 

Conduct audits using Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Screaming Frog. Lead on-page, off-page, and local SEO initiatives aligned with EEAT guidelines.

- Social Media & Paid Campaigns 

Develop organic and paid campaigns across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and TikTok. Use scheduling tools Later, Buffer) and deliver data-driven optimizations.

- Performance Tracking & Optimization 

Use GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Looker Studio to track KPIs CAC, ROAS, traffic, engagement). Report insights clearly and make real-time adjustments.

- Emerging Channels & Tools 

Leverage AI tools like ChatGPT, Jasper, and SurferSEO. Experiment with short-form video and optimize for privacy-first web standards and voice search.

Tools Youʼll Use

- Project Management: Basecamp, ClickUp

- Communication & Collaboration: Slack, Gmail, Google Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides

- Ad Platforms & Analytics: Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, GA4, Looker Studio SEO & Automation: SEMrush, Ahrefs, HubSpot, Mailchimp

What Weʼre Looking For

- 3 years in digital marketing, with proven execution across multiple channels
