Responsibilities : - Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. - Develop detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities, and solutions for the business. - Utilize Informatica Administration skills to manage data integration processes and ensure data accuracy and consistency. - Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support decision-making processes. - Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure project success. - Monitor project progress and report on key performance indicators to stakeholders. - Conduct user acceptance testing to validate that business requirements are met. - Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all business analysis activities. - Support the implementation of new business processes and systems, ensuring smooth transitions. - Identify and mitigate risks associated with business changes and projects. - Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve business analysis processes. - Contribute to the companys purpose by delivering solutions that positively impact society. Qualifications - - Possess a Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. - Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail. - Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams. - Show proficiency in Informatica Administration and data integration techniques. - Exhibit the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively. - Display a proactive approach to identifying business needs and proposing innovative solutions. - Demonstrate experience in creating detailed documentation and reports
